| More info | The Tier 4 framework includes a duty on the university to monitor those students being sponsored under this route. This includes a requirement, throughout each academic year of study, to ensure that all Tier 4 students have a valid visa and passport and are continuing to engage with the University. Under UKBA regulations these checks need to be carried out several times a year. An event is being held in Parliament Hall from 1pm on Monday, 6 February 2012 until noon on Thursday, 9 February 2012 and you must attend at some point during this time. You will need to bring your student ID card, your passport and visa/biometric card for checking: The process will be very simple and should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. You may attend at any time during this period but it is essential that you do attend to confirm that you are still studying and to have your documents verified. Timetable
