English Language Summer School
Extension Language Programmes teach a variety of short English language courses during the summer months. Bookings for these courses are taken through our representatives in different countries. These representatives arrange the accommodation (usually in University accommodation) and organise the social activities such as excursions. Below are some of the courses that we teach along with contacts for different countries. We hope that this will be useful to you.
All the below courses are taught and certified by the University.
Courses for Teenagers
Courses for teenagers are organised by Mrs Maria Armental Romero and full details can be seen on http://englishstandrews.com/englishstandrews/Home.html.
Applicants from Spain or any other country other than Italy or Poland may contact Mrs Armental Romero directly on armentalr@gmail.com. Applicants from Italy should contact elservices@tin.it and those from Poland should contact nbadvisory@gmail.com.
English for General Purposes
The main focus of the courses is the development of listening and speaking skills through communicative activities, supplemented with a daily lesson focusing on a specific area of grammar. This is a course for adults and consists of 20 hours teaching per week. The organiser N.B. Advisory Ltd, usually organises self catering accommodation in David Russell Apartments, St Andrews. Excursions and some social activities are included as part of the course.

lnternational Business and Negotiations Skills Programme

While we will be happy to discuss the programme, please note that the University will not accept direct, individual bookings.
