Linda Greenwood

Education and Experience

Linda has always had an interest in medievalism, specifically in the area of fantasy and myth. As a result, her first paper was published during her undergraduate years under the title 'Love: "The Gift of Death"' in Tolkien Studies. She graduated summa cum laude from Grove City College in Pennsylvania and went on to complete her MLitt in Medieval Literature from the University of St Andrews. Over the past years Linda has also given papers at various conferences and her last paper at the Charles Williams Society conference (Oxford) is to be published in a collection entitled The Refracted Medievalism of Charles Williams' Arthurian Poetry. In March 2008 Linda assisted Rhiannon Purdie with the international Medieval Romance conference and is currently pursuing a PhD in medievalism under the supervision of Dr Chris Jones.
