About our courses
The English and Study Skills - Pre-sessional - courses are open to students who are about to begin degree programmes at the University of St Andrews.
Both the 10- and 4-week courses aim to boost students' language and study skills, as well as providing an enjoyable start to an academic career at the University.
4-week course
The 4-week course is open to both undergraduates and postgraduates who have been made an offer to study on a degree programme at the University.
10-week course
The 10-week course is for postgraduate students holding conditional offers for a taught Masters programme, whose IELTS scores are slightly below the required entry level.
