Language requirements
The grades in the table below are acceptable for proficiency in English for both taught and research degree programmes:

Please note that some academic schools and departments set higher entry requirements for specific degree programmes, including entry to Pre-sessional courses.
Pre-sessional courses
You may be asked to attend a Pre-sessional course before you begin your studies at the University. The minimum entry requirements for both courses are as follows:
