About

Gonzalo joined the University of St Andrews in September 2007. He has an MSc and a PhD from the University of Manchester and a BSc (Lic) from Universidad Católica Boliviana. Prior to coming to St Andrews he held a temporary position at the University of Manchester and worked for the Central Bank of Bolivia.
