Erven's research is funded by a Scottish Institute for Research in Economics (SIRE) PhD Studentship award for the period 2010 to 2013. In 2009, she was awarded a British Chevening Scholarship to pursue an MSc in International Strategy and Economics in the University of St Andrews, graduating with a Distinction winning the Dr John B Henderson Postgraduate Prize in International Strategy and Economics. In 2005, she earned a BSc in Accounting and Finance with a First Class Honours from the University of London in association with the London School of Economics and Political Science. During her undergraduate study, she also received a University of London Award for Academic Achievement. Prior to her current academic pursuit, Erven had a fruitful career in corporate taxation with Deloitte & Touche, LLP (Singapore). |
