Bei Qi started his undergraduate studies at Renmin University, one of the top three universities in PR China, where he read Economics and Management; and then he transferred to Queen Mary University of London, graduating in 2009 with a First Class Honours BSc degree in Economics and Finance. Ranked one of the top graduates of the year, he was awarded the “Principal's Prize for outstanding academic achievement”. After that, he proceeded to graduate studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he majored in Industrial Organization, and was taught by Prof John Sutton, the Sir John Hicks Professor of Economics. In 2010 Bei graduated with an MSc in Economics, with a Distinction in his dissertation, entitled “Competition in two-sided markets: The case of magazines”. |
