DRAFP encompasses both David Russell Apartments and Fife Park.  David Russell Apartments is comprised of 15 houses; Fife Park has 43 houses.  Both communities share a central facilities building, laundry, computer room as well as the Wardenial Team and the Management Team.

A typical apartment within DRA houses 5 individuals, with en-suite bathrooms, sharing a communal lounge and kitchen; a typical house in Fife Park accommodates 6 individuals, who share a shower room and a wash room as well as a kitchen.
