There are two principal groups within the Hall that share its overall running: the Wardennial Service and the Residential Services Management Team. 

The Wardennial Service is charged with the welfare and pastoral support of the Hall community. This involves working to assist residents with any personal challenges or difficulties they may encounter, protecting and upkeeping the good order of the Hall, and working closely with the student-led Hall Committee to ensure that the residential experience in our Hall is rewarding and enjoyable for all.

The Residential Services Management Team, headed by Mrs. Sarah Pay, is responsible for the upkeep and maintainance of the residence as well as its day-to-day running and operations, including housekeeping and hygiene inspections.
