Theological Interpretation of Scripture Seminar

The Theological Interpretation of Scripture seminar meets during the semester. It is an advanced seminar given to the discussion of recent advances in hermeneutical theory and the theological exegesis of biblical texts.

Typically matters of hermeneutics and methodology are considered in the first semester and matters of exegesis and history of interpretation of  specific biblical text in the second semester.

The seminar usually consists of discussion of pre-agreed texts. Occasionally papers are given by seminar participants or visiting scholars.
