Postgraduate Annual Reviews

The progress of every postgraduate student is formally reviewed by the School in May each year. You are asked to complete a proforma and to attend a short interview with two members of the academic staff; your supervisor is not one of the interviewers. Your supervisor will have provided an annual report on your progress and this, along with your own form, will be the basis for the 15 minute session. These are occasions for you to raise any issues of concern and thus form a significant part of the School's commitment to your effective learning and contribution to knowledge through your research.

You will receive a reminder in early April and a deadline for returning your review proforma will be advertised. Arrangements for scheduling interviews will also be intimated at this time.
