St Mary's College Society

Our main job is to organize social events for the staff and students of St Mary's. We also have a charitable and spiritual role within the college, raising money for differnet charities throughout the year. We hold College Eucharists, Carol Services, and Opening and Closing Services each year.

The Society is very active with Friday Lunches, Pub Evenings, the Annual Dinner, the Annual Ball and the Christmas Lunch. We also run BBQs and fun days/nights to raise money for charities. we provide worship, usually in the form of an Ecumenical Echaristic service, taken either by one of the ordained ministers in the Faculty or one of the clergy from the many churches in St Andrews. Recently we have been reviewing the worship aspect and wish to develop and expand this aspect of the Society.

We have good worship and charitable links with Holy Trinity Church, and are looking to establish similar relationships with other denominations in the town.
