Residential Study Weeks

A  Residential Study Week in St Andrews, Scotland launches each module in September and February.

Attendance is required Monday - Wednesday and encouraged Thursday - Friday.

Residential Study Weeks are a vital component of the programme. They introduce you not only to the topic of the forthcoming module but to your fellow participants and tutors.

The gain from informal contact and structured learning together is immense. It makes a huge difference to the quality of your interaction as a student group in the online discussion seminars.

A typical Residential Study Week includes lectures, seminars, sessions on using the WebCT internet platform and study skills training.

You also have a one-on-one session with a tutor and time to socialise, if you wish, with other participants.
