How to apply
Applications for postgraduate study are made direct to the University of St Andrews on the relevant application form. Supporting documentation and reference forms are also required.
All documentation must be returned to the Postgraduate Admissions Office.

PhD Enquiries and applications for PhD entry in September 2013 are welcome; closing date is 20th January 2013.
MLitt 'Theology, Imagination & the Arts'; 'Scripture and Theology'; 'Biblical Languages and Literature'; 'Systematic and Historical Theology' for entry in September 2013; we start giving MLitt places to suitable applicants who have applied by 15 January 2013, but continue to consider applications for the remaining places from those who apply after that date, up to 1 July 2013.
MLitt 'Bible and the Contemporary World' full-time, campus-based learning - for entry 2 September 2013, final closing date 1 July 2013.
MLitt / PGDip / Individual Module 'Bible and the Contemporary World' by part-time distance learning:
- entry 14 January 2013 - closing date 1 November 2012
- entry 2 September 2013 - closing date 1 July 2013
- entry January 2014 (date of study week to be confirmed) - closing date 1 November 2013
