Emergency Contact SMS text messaging service
Staff and Students only
The University has established an SMS text messaging service which will allow us to send messages to the mobile phones of all staff and student subscribers.
This service will only ever be used in an emergency to give advice or instruction to aid personal safety, it will not be used for general communication or any promotional purpose and numbers will not be divulged to any third party.
We hope it is a service we never have to use, but it is prudent to have this capability to supplement our existing emergency communication protocols.

If you wish to subscribe to this service, please follow the secure link below and enter your mobile phone number regardless of whether you have already supplied a mobile number to the University or not.

No email?
Staff who do not have access to email will be able to complete a form sent out by Human Resources.
Testing
We will from time to time test the SMS service but clear advance warning will be given on those occasions.
