Reports & Publications
In 1988 the Centre received a commission from the UK Nature Conservancy Council to produce a report on ethical and philosophical investigations of issues concerning the environment. The permanent members of the Centre, together with specially appointed associates from other British universities, spent some months working on this project and produced a report titled Philosophy, Conservation and the Environment, which was well received by the NCC. Material drawn from the report has since appeared in a series of three booklets jointly published by the Centre and the NCC (see below).
