Overview
PricewaterhouseCoopers (or PwC) are one of the world's largest professional services firms, with 130,000 people in 148 countries working together to help many different organisations. Essentially, professional services is about helping clients such as businesses, public bodies and private individuals to measure their financial performance and improve the way they work.
More specifically this means helping clients to manage their finances and tax liability, explore and develop new business opportunities, plan and execute transactions, improve their performance, fulfil their legal obligations and make major organisational changes. These are just some examples of the services they can perform.
Indeed, in a business context, they can help with just about anything that their clients need. Right across PwC, their people combine expertise in specific business specialisms with in-depth knowledge of one or more markets, sectors or industries. As a result they can offer insightful and relevant solutions to their clients.
