Please check the current list of Categories before creating new ones. Categories have been created, broadly, using the same classifications as in the Information Room in the Careers Centre. They were developed by the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) to standardise the way information is organised at most university careers services. Using the AGCAS Classification System, enables the Careers Centre to group together pages in the CareersWiki, resources in the Centre, vacancies etc.

The categories are pretty comprehensive, so as a rule of thumb, only create a new category when an article has no existing AGCAS Classification.
