Workshops
The Careers Centre co-ordinates the Certificate in Career Development (CCD) which is a programme of workshops/skills sessions designed to get students thinking about their future and develop employability skills.
Students earn non-academic points by attendance at events until they accumulate the minimum figure required to gain a certificate.
Events run by employers in the past have included: team working, time management, networking skills, presentation skills, commercial awareness, interview techniques, insight talks, how to tackle a case study (to name but a few) and we would be pleased to discuss ideas with you.
We can arrange a suitable venue, offer advice on suitable dates and times and assist with publicising your events to students. Please contact Pamela Small for further details - pamela.small@st-andrews.ac.uk or 01334 462688.
