School wiki pages
Each School/Department has a page featured on the Careers Centre Wiki which is to help students achieve a better understanding of the options open to them from studying their subject and the career opportunities which have been pursued by previous graduates in their subject. It can also assist the students to identify areas for future work experience and other types of extra curricular activities which can enhance their employability.
Your contributions to these page are vitally important to keep the content alive and interesting to your students. You can do this in a variety of ways;
- If you come across an article, report or video you wish to add please just alert Pamela Andrew, pea1@st-andrews.ac.uk, who will then incorporate the information or if familiar with wiki please add the link yourself.
- If you have contact with a student who has completed an interesting work experience or extra curricular activity please encourage them to complete a profile which can be featured on the site.
- If you are in contact with alumni please request them to provide a profile, when you are asked for a reference can be a good time to make this request.
