The Careers Centre works in close partnership with academic schools to develop the employability of students and graduates of the University of St Andrews.
Each School has a named Careers Link who liaises with the Careers Centre. Each School has an individual careers adviser assigned to them; this adviser has expertise in the career routes open to students studying that particular subject.The University has an Employability Strategy which is embedded within the overall Learning and Teaching Quality Strategy and all Schools have identified how they are addressing employability issues within their 2007 - 11 School Strategic Plans.
