The Careers Centre aims to provide all of its users with access to impartial information and resources, irrespective of disability, ethnicity, gender, age or sexual orientation.
We have several booklets available on diversity, including Equality Britain, Targetjobs Equal Opportunities and RealWorld Embracing Diversity. Our resources can be produced in other formats and many are available via our website. Please ask at Reception if you would like to borrow any of our books or if you require help to access any of our information resources.

Deciding on whether or not to disclose a disability to an employer is very much a personal choice. There are many resources available which may help you to make an informed decision on whether or not to disclose a disability, as well as how and when to disclose:
