Purpose
This two day event was to enable staff in public sector organisations who are currently implementing a CI methodology to meet and develop a shared approach to Benefits Realisation for the good of their home organisations and the broader sector.
Philosophy
The Scottish Public Sector Continuous Improvement working group members have identified benefits realisation as an area for development. These organisations have significant experience in delivering a range of Continuous Improvement methodologies, and it was agreed that using a workshop approach would help pool this knowledge and experience for common benefit.
