Reasons and Rationality: Epistemic and Practical Workshop

The broad aim of the workshop is to bring together discussions of reasons in the epistemic and practical domains so as to examine the ways in which reasons function similarly and differently in these two domains. The participants will include epistemologists as well as philosophers working within ethics and on human agency.

Ole Hjortland, who completed his Ph.D. at Arché last year and is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the Foundations of Logical Consequence project, has been awarded a postdoctoral research fellowship at Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich, where he will be working with Professor Hannes Leitgeb in the new Center for Mathematical Philosophy. Congratulations Ole!
