There will be lunch, teas and coffees available where noted in the above schedule. A workshop dinner will also be held on Saturday evening. Names of those who want to come to the dinner will be collected at the beginning of the workshop. There is no official lunch on Sunday, but people who will remain in town for that can contact the organizers for informal arrangements. This workshop is the second in a series of Arch Workshops on Basic Knowledge which will run for the five years of the Arch Basic Knowledge Project. There are two Basic Knowledge Workshops per year (plus other basic knowledge events such as conferences, seminar series, and talks by invited speakers).

The Pilot Basic Knowledge Workshop was held on the 24th-25th November 2006.
