For the past six centuries, legacy bequests have had a massive impact on the St Andrews experience, and now the University of St Andrews wants to show its sincere gratitude to those alumni and friends who have had the foresight to consider how they may enrich and protect the wealth of resources that have been entrusted to the University community through the Chancellor’s Circle.

Launched in 2011, the Circle already has approximately 200 members and has been described by member Raymond Calcraft (MA 1961) as “a confirmation of all the values one associates with the intellectual life of a great University.”

Members of the Chancellor’s Circle will not only receive exclusive donor communications but also an invitation to attend the annual Circle event which in the past has been held in various locations across the United Kingdom.
