Important information for visiting days
Limited numbers
The University is limited in the number of places it can offer on a Visiting Day. Visiting Days can be oversubscribed, so we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.
Disability / special needs
If you have a disability, or a special need that may affect your visit, please email the Admissions Office so that we can make necessary arrangements. During a Visiting Day arrangements can also be made to meet with a Disability Adviser in Student Services within the Advice and Support Centre.
Guests
Guest are very welcome to attend the Visiting Day, but please note that as space is limited in the afternoon sessions at the academic departments, priority will be given to prospective students and applicants.
Lunch and refreshments
Lunch is not provided by the University on the day. Lunch and refreshments may be purchased from a variety of shops and restaurants within the town and University.
No luggage
For security reasons and for your personal safety, under no circumstances can personal luggage be left in a University building. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
