Fundación Mexicana para la Educación, la Tecnología y la Ciencia (FUNED)
FUNED is a nonprofit organization that provides financial aid to Mexican students admitted into full time Masters programs in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Law, or Business. The awards offered cover up to 40% of the total costs of the programme, including tuition, books, housing, and living expenses.
The organization has a scholarship agreement with The University of St Andrews to offer two mexican students a discount rate of 20% off the total tuition.
The most important requirement within the program is for the student to have a letter of acceptance from the University.
They should also supply the name and contact details of a guarantor (a person, such as a family member, who owns a house or property and would be able to support the candidate should they be unable to cover the remaining costs of study) who is under 60 years of age. The guarantor should also support the application with a letter from the Credit Board confirming that they have no credits or are paying any existing credits on time.
The call for financial aid is available throughout the year. If you are interested in applying, please complete the application form on the following webpage: www.funedmx.org
