General notes
- Contracts for all residences begin on Saturday 17 September 2011.
- The fees include hall subscriptions where applicable.
- The residence contract is for a fixed period of either 36 or 49 weeks.
- There is no provision for giving notice unless the student is leaving St Andrews for fieldwork or on completion of studies in which case a minimum of 4 weeks notice in writing is required and confirmation from your supervisor.
- Residence fees are reviewed annually; they can be paid in instalments.
Residence-specific notes
- Deans Court: All vacations available - self-catering during Christmas vacation.
- University-managed accommodation: Fees show average rent, excluding services and internet.
- Angus/Stanley Smith, Fife Park and Albany Park contracts are for 36 weeks only, 49 weeks is not available for summer 2012.
