Arrival procedures

Students can move in from 10am on the morning of Saturday 7th September. Keys can be collected from Managers Office (please bring your accommodation contract with you). The Wardennial team, Hall committee and helpers will be available to assist students where necessary and provide information.

The Wardennial Team will be on duty until 8pm. Students who expect to arrive later than 8pm should contact the residence prior to arrival. Please email the Warden on uhwarden@st-andrews.ac.uk or call +44 (0)1334 467167.

There is a compulsory meeting at 7pm in the West Common Room for all residents on the 8th and 9th September, followed by a welcome reception. Residents are encouraged to contact the Warden to introduce themselves and ask any questions they may have about life in St Andrews. The Warden, the Residence Manager, the Senior Students and their colleagues are looking forward to welcoming residents and their families to University Hall.

Getting to St Andrews

St Andrews has direct bus connections from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee. Leuchars rail station is located 5 miles away, and has regular bus connections to St Andrews. More information on how to get to St Andrews.

Parking

There is limited parking within the grounds of University Hall.

Refreshments

Refreshments will be served in the Dining Room from 10am until 4pm by the Hall Committee and Helpers.
