Medical Sciences Building
The Medical Sciences Building will replace the Bute for medical teaching, and will also include dedicated areas for medical research, biology teaching, chemistry teaching and photonics research.

When?
As planning permission has now been obtained, preliminary works will start on site on 2nd June 2008. Construction will start at the end of June, and carry on until completion in January 2010.

Please note that some Gateway parking will be lost during construction.
