The names of all General Council members are held in the General Council Register which is maintained by the Alumni Relations Office in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Please remember to notify the Alumni Relations Office when you change address:
- to ensure that you may participate in Council elections,
- that you are kept informed of any forthcoming General Council meetings, reunions and other alumni events
- and that you receive your Alumnus Chronicle.
Your information will be held securely and treated confidentially and with sensitivity for the benefit of the University and its constituent parts. To comply with Data Protection legislation, the Register available for public consultation no longer contains members' addresses but relevant queries may be directed to the Alumni Relations Officer.
Changes of designation or address should be communicated immediately to the Registrar to the General Council by email to generalcouncil@st-andrews.ac.uk or by post to the Registrar to the General Council, General Council Office, 91 North Street, St Andrews, Fife KY16 9AJ
