| Immersion suite |

The immersion suite has been constructed with the aid of an ESRC grant. The suite provides a unique and advanced
facility for studying the impact of social context on behaviour.

The suite is set up to show video to a group of participants. While viewing the video the participants are
asked to give feedback via remote handheld units.

The recorded results can be played back live on the video wall, influencing the behaviour of the participants. The participants
are also videoed with a series of cameras while participating.

The immersion suite can also be used for more generic research requiring observations to be recorded. Facilites are
available to perform visual stimuli and interactive research.
